Flash Turns 10 and Has A Party
Austin, Texas - July 13, 2006
Flash®, the rich media platform, recently acquired by Adobe, that supports interactive content for web, rich internet, and mobile applications is having its 10th Birthday party in Austin, Texas. Flashforward2006 – the worlds largest Flash user conference and Film Festival expects to bring together more than 2,000 international professionals from the film, online programming, and creative industries to meet and celebrate one of the most prolific programming languages in the world.
As a result, Flashforward2006 – Austin will celebrate the 10th Anniversary with an eye toward the continued innovation that Flash has inspired. In addition, Adobe is hosting the Flash Anniversary Party for all Flashforward2006 - Austin attendees. This event will bring the Flash community together, augmenting the sessions, workshops, Expo hall, and the renowned Flashforward Film Festival with a night of food, cocktails, music and more.

Since its inception six years ago, the Flashforward Conference and Film Festival has grown into the world’s largest, and most-renowned event focusing on Flash.
