Guidelines

1. All works must be created predominantly in Flash™.

2. All works must be available on the Web to any visitor with a current Flash Playerr from the Flash Player family including original Web Browser versions, Flash Lite, AIR or device-embedded player.

3. A work may be nominated in a maximum of three categories for which it qualifies.

4. A work can only be a finalist in one category per festival. When a work is nominated in more than one category, the judges will choose which single category best represents it.

5. A work may appear as a finalist in a maximum of two festivals. Beyond the second submission, the judges will evaluate whether a work has changed sufficiently since its appearance in a previous festival to be considered again.

6. An award-winning work cannot be considered for an award in future festivals.

7. When nominating a single piece of work among many in a site, please submit a URL which brings you directly to that piece or describe on the nomination form exactly how to find it. If you do not indicate a particular work, the judges will evaluate the entire body of work hosted at that URL.
